I managed to snag a last-minute appointment through the online booking system for the open consultation to get advice about the rosacea laser treatment I wanted to have. The friendly and approachable doctor explained everything very well, and because an appointment was available at short notice, I was able to have my first vascular laser treatment immediately. What was waiting for? Getting an appointment isn't always easy, but I feel well cared for there and I'm happy to accept that. It's a self-pay service, which I certainly don't find too expensive (laser treatment).

A very friendly and competent doctor. I signed up for the walk-in appointments and got a spot right away for 9:00 AM. Online appointment booking for the day opens at midnight – I don't understand the negative reviews about it not working. Perhaps people tried to book an appointment too late in the day? To avoid having to set an alarm for the night or very early in the morning, it might be helpful to make it available from 9:00 PM the night before. But I'm very glad that the short-notice option exists at all!

I've been a patient for many years and am always impressed by the doctors' expertise. Very thorough skin cancer screening! The entire team is very friendly and helpful. Sure, getting appointments is difficult, but isn't that also a sign of a good doctor? It's just like that almost everywhere these days. I would never want to go to another dermatologist! 🍀

I felt very comfortable with Dr. Größer from the start. The waiting time at the practice was short. Dr. Größer is very competent and friendly, and he explains the diagnosis and treatment options clearly. The practice team was also always helpful and very friendly. My skin problems were quickly identified and successfully treated. Thank you so much!

I am absolutely thrilled with the treatment I received from Dr. Größer. The friendly team made me feel very welcome as soon as I entered the practice. Dr. Größer took plenty of time for me and my daughter and answered all our questions. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and I can wholeheartedly recommend the practice!

Booking an appointment for the open consultation was straightforward. Where else can you get a dermatologist appointment for the next day? It's easy to wait until midnight. I arrived early and was seen even before my scheduled appointment time, so there was no wait at all. The reception staff was very friendly. The doctor took plenty of time, took my concerns seriously, and answered all my questions thoroughly and respectfully. The other doctor joined us, and both explained everything clearly. Various treatment options were discussed, and no treatments or expensive pharmacy products were pushed on me. Highly recommended.

I visited Dr. Größer's practice today, and I must say I received an extremely warm and loving welcome from Doris. She was so incredibly understanding and accommodating even on the phone. Online appointment booking for urgent cases is excellent; the system is very good. Both the junior and senior doctors are friendly and highly competent. They are up-to-date, unlike other dermatologists in the area who seem stuck in the past. 👍

So, I came across the practice because I wanted to remove my tattoos. Dr. Gröner took a lot of time and explained all the risks and side effects. Highly recommended... The prices aren't overpriced. Sure, you have to wait for an appointment... but it's better to wait than be treated by a doctor who doesn't have any experience.

I'd been very worried for a week about a skin change. I got a tip about an urgent online appointment at dermatology practice Größer. Booking an appointment online was no problem. I got an appointment without any waiting time. Dr. Axel Größer is very nice, absolutely competent, and the practice team is very friendly. My "problem" was resolved immediately. I'm thrilled! :-))
